The 2022 Pepsi Youth Bowling Championships is all set! There are a couple of changes this year. There will NOT be league level qualifying in Nov and Jan. Bowlers that are interested in participating can now sign up and enter directly into the District Finals to be held in March. Bowlers can only enter the tournament through the youth leagues much like the qualifying from before. All paperwork and fees are due by February 18. Turn in paperwork early to secure your squad times.
Due to the lowering of the youth age eligibility restriction to 18, the five age divisions are now U8, U10, U12, U15 & U18. The format is still the same where the U8 & U10 divisions will only participate in the District Finals (March) and the older age divisions (U12, U15 & U18) will qualify from District to State (May). Six bowlers from the State Finals (one from each division) will earn FREE berths into the Junior Gold Championships to be held in July 2022 (Michigan).
Please contact your Youth Director if you want to bowl in the Pepsi District Finals. The only way to enter the tournament is to sign up through your USBC certified CA Youth League. All bowlers must have current 2021-22 USBC youth membership in order to participate.

The Pepsi USBC Youth Championships is a nationwide premier tournament open to all USBC Youth members. Tomorrow’s stars are born at the Pepsi USBC Youth Championships. Through California youth leagues, youth bowlers have the opportunity to enter the District and State Finals events and earn scholarships competing against bowlers from all over California! Last year, more than $500,000 in scholarships was awarded nationwide! All 2021-22 California USBC Youth members are eligible to enter. Let your Youth Program Director know that you want to enter the California Pepsi Championships!
