Are you ready for some great news?
The 2021 California Youth State Championships is going to happen on July 10-11 and July 17-18 at Forest Lanes in Lake Forest! This year’s event is slightly modified due the year-long shut down from COVID-19. The format will be Team event only with a virtual Singles Event. Singles is virtual and will use team scores. Scholarships will be awarded in both events within divisions. The Youth Championships is scratch competition within five (5) divisions based on average. Teams consist of any four (4) youth members.
Official entry forms will be emailed to Youth Program Directors this weekend and will also be posted online on our website at CalUSBC.com. Advanced registration forms are available now on our site and should be taken advantage of since there is only going to be one squad per day and the spots will fill up fast! Please e-mail us at YouthChampionships@calusbc.com if you have any questions or if you need help in filling a team.
We are also offering our annual Queens & Masters / Prince & Princess and Coaches Relief tournaments. Youth must be entered in the Youth Championships in order to bowl in the QM or PP event. The Coaches Relief tournament is for our awesome Youth Program Directors, Coaches and parents to participate in.
